Meet the team behind this year's MFAS 2019!
The MFAS Staff is comprised of individuals from the host school/organization that work along side MAFA E-Board to collaborate together in order to run a successful conference.

WORKSHOP
COMMITTEE

Find and communicate with all MFAS 2019 keynote speaker(s) and workshop facilitators, organizing any logistical details necessary.
MEDIA AND MARKETING COMMITTEE
Create all promotional media and design apparel for MFAS 2019, including the creation of the MFAS 2019 registration form on the MAFA website, maintaining a social media presence, and creating theme decorations.


ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE
Find and communicate with headliners. Work in collaboration with necessary committees to reserve a venue, plan for activities, organize catering for the MFAS 2019 Variety Show.
OUTREACH
COMMITTEE

Assist the Finance Committee in contracting sponsors for MFAS 2019. Work in collaboration with Media Committee to design personal MAFA organization invitations and reach out to any potential MFAS 2019 attendees.


REGISTRATION
COMMITTEE
Produce, organize, and handle all
Registration materials logistics.
FINANCE COMMITTEE
Create and manage the MFAS 2019 budget by contacting sponsors, managing financial grants, and executing fundraising events. Work in collaboration with all committees.


LOGISTICS
COMMITTEE
Provide hospitality details for delegates and facilitators (hotels, itineraries, etc), reserve all venues needed for MFAS 2019, outline day-of schedule, manage volunteers, and plan out barkada games.
